We believe the best ideas come from the biggest imaginations. That’s why our Back-to-School tradition has been to invite young ice cream lovers to imagine the next great XO flavour. One winning creation earns a place on the menu to be enjoyed by thousands of families for an entire year. The winner joins us in the kitchen to make the first batch, names the flavour and takes a few pints home. Start dreaming up the next legendary flavour, it could have your name on it!

Stop by the store between Monday, September 1 and Sunday, September 27 and drop a ballot with your dream flavour.
Here’s the catch — it can’t be something we’ve had on the menu before. We’ll review all suggestions in October and select one lucky winner. See below for the past (incredible) winners!

Nine-year old Nixon is the 2025 winner of the Back-to-School contest. Last fall, we were thrilled to welcome him and his family to the store to make the very first batch of his ice cream, Nixon’s PB & J. Made with peanut butter, swirls of strawberry jam and crunchy pieces of toast, it’s the essence of childhood nostalgia in a scoop. Currently on the menu!
