At XO, we believe the best flavours are the ones that bring back memories. That's why our menu is built around Timeless Classics—familiar ice cream flavours that have stood the test of time and remind us of eating spoonfuls of cookie dough straight from the bowl or having strawberry-stained fingers. Alongside them, we celebrate the Changing Seasons with a rotating collection inspired by the first signs of spring, the long days of summer, the cozy vibes of fall and the magic of winter. And every now and then, we release a Flash Batch—a limited-run flavour featuring fan favourites, community creations and unexpected surprises that don't last long.
